|Under 6 years old
||Our introductory course focuses on teaching the fundamental techniques of the game and showing players how to master these skills. Specifically designed for junior players with a fun and friendly atmosphere that encourages self-expression and enjoyment.
|Under 8 years old
||Players continue to acquire and refine their basic skills but become more aware of the concept of working as a team and communicating with other players. Much of the coaching emphasis is placed on players developing their own abilities and then seeking to transfer these to game situations.
|Under 10 years old
||Having acquired a range of skills, players in this age range are now encouraged to apply them effectively during small-sided games. Coaches will challenge players to be creative and to express themselves whilst also being aware of their responsibilities within the team unit.
|Under 12 years old
||Players are taught the specifics of their preferred position and look to implement these during match situations. However, players are still encouraged to experiment and interchange their positions whilst they perfect their skills and adapt to new tactical demands.
|Under 14 years old
||Players in these groups are challenged to combine their skills with speed of thought in order to raise their performance levels to new heights. Coaches will seek to train individuals in the specific requirements of their playing position so that they can make a more effective contribution to the game.
|Under 16 years old
||Having perfected their technique, the emphasis for players on these courses is tactical awareness and positional sense within the competitive environment. There is a heavy emphasis placed on players reacting quickly and effectively to match situations in order to improve their performance.
